Organization is the key

Organization is the key to starting any type of outreach programs. The process of getting a team together can be very time consuming. First you have to find people with the same vision that you have. Which as you know can be quite a challenge.

Just asking people in the community to help will provide them with opportunities that they may have never thought of, or maybe they thought about them but they just never got things going by themselves.

Setting up a committee will make things a lot easier for you in the beginning. Each committee member will have a designated area to work on. Most likely they will have to form a sub committee, which make things run a lot smoother.

Organization is the one area you should get some help with. Once you accomplish this you can focus on the other things you need to do.
