Donna Linder –Volunteer Coordinator—Donna has worked with city of Miracles international since 2006. She recruits and organizes the many volunteers that register to help set-up, cook, distribute back packs and breakdown the festival site.

Otis Linder—Festival Field Engineer—Otis has worked with City of Miracles International since 2006. He oversees festival site set-up and breakdown.

Mary Otte—Vendor Coordinator—Mary has worked with City of Miracles International since 2002. Mary is in charge of contacting and following up with local vendors. In addition, Mary helps complete grant and corporate donation applications to raise funding for the organization.  During festivals, Mary assists wherever needed.

Mike Otte—Photographer—Mike has worked in many different capacities within the organization since 2006. Currently Mike is in charge of capturing the festival experience on film and video. Mike also creates the pictorial slide show that is shown at our annual Appreciation Dinner.

Dawn Schoefield—Technology Specialist—Dawn started working with City of Miracles International in 2008. Dawn uses her computer skills to support our network of computers used for registration at the festival and for tracking the organization’s warehouse inventory.

Arlena Taylor-Administrator-Arlena has worked with City of Miracles International since 2008. Arlena's role is to support the founders, Todd & Kathryn, with all administrative tasks for the organization and the annual outreach events.  In addition, Arlena processes the grant and corporate donation applications to raise funding for the organization.
