Founder & Chairman

Evangelist Todd Gordon Sr. is the CEO/Founder and Event Chairman of City of Miracles International. For over ten years, the City of Miracles International has provided Back-To-School starter kits to children all over the world. He is also the Founder of the Walnut Street Association Reading Club, in Waukegan, Illinois, which helps area youth at the Boys and Girls Club developing techniques to improve and enhance their reading skills. In addition to his organization building, he also provides thousands of dollars worth of educational toys and school supplies to needy families, homeless shelters, local churches, daycares and schools.  As an ordained minister he serves as counselor and teacher at the Salvation Army Rehabilitation Center in Waukegan, Illinois.

He is actively involved in other community outreach programs providing fresh food and fresh bread to soup kitchens, homeless shelters, senior citizens and needy families every week. During the holiday season he provides Thanksgiving baskets to needy families in the local area. Todd has taken his Lake County festivals across the nation to cities such as East St. Louis, Illinois, St. Louis Missouri, Jackson, Tennessee and South Africa.

His approach of hard work and a spirit of excellence have equipped him as an advocate for those in need. He has been able to impact the community through his relationships with Social Services, Health and Wellness providers, Drug Intervention and Rehabilitation programs, educational resources, employment agencies, and the Armed services. Many churches involved with the City of Miracles Festivals Outreach programs are providing a spiritual influence within the community that will have lifelong effects as he and his team makes a difference in the lives of individuals, neighborhoods and cities one festival at a time.

Todd has been the recipient of many honors in recognition of his work. He has taken classes at Forest Park Community College in St. Louis Missouri, Moody Bible institute in Chicago Illinois and Carver Baptist Seminary based out of Kansas City, Missouri; and has received an Honorary Doctorate degree from Anointed Word Assembly International Seminary and Bible Institute. Todd Gordon is the Chairman of Board, for the Zion Illinois, Fire & Police Commissioner.
